Users - Accounts Tab

This tab allows users to manage account settings.

  • Check the All Access to Accounts box to grant access to all of the accounts in the grid at once. Checking this box also grants access to any future accounts.
  • To search for an account, enter the Account Number or Description into the search field.
  • Select the type of account from the drop-down list to filter the accounts in the grid. The default is All.
  • Check the Payroll Only box if the account is assigned to only Payroll.
  • Check the School Nutrition Only box if the district is also licensed and integrated with Meals Plus.
  • Select all of the Account Numbers that the user will have access to by checking the boxes in the Select column. Checking the box in the Select header will select all of the accounts.

  • Click the save changes button.
